This is the second and improved version of the socially distant outdoor dining concept with food by Jean-Georges Vongerichten that debuted in the winter of 2020, on Pier 17 Rooftop. Rosseel Studio acted as creative director and interior designer for the winter cabins conceived and built by Heini. The concept exists of 32 individual 10’ square’ winterized dining cabins fitting up to 8 guests.
For this second edition Rosseel Studio went for a more contemporary take on chalet design and custom designed the dining banquette and table, with curves picked up in the architecture of the cabins and door handles.
